Heart Rate monitors?

Anybody have any recommendations for a good Heart Rate Monitor that isn't going to break the bank? Prefer one where the chest strap battery can actually be changed.. the one I have now you can't, and it's on it's last leg thanks!

I have a M2 Suunto and love it. Easy to use, batteries can be replaced...comes with a chest strap...I bought mine at MEC for $125
