Rosemary garlic roasted potatoes
Scrub the potatoes.
Dice the potatoes. Large chunks are fine.
Take the fresh rosemary from the stem and give it a rough chop.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Use your hands.
Put it in a baking dish. Spread it so that it is one layer.
Put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Every 20 minutes flip the potatoes with a spatula or tongs for even roasting.
Pull it out of the oven. Has an awesome crisp texture on the skins.
Enjoy with other foods.

It gives a nice slightly smokey, slightly peppery kick that I find really pleasant.0 -

Actually, yes. Lol. Roasted cauliflower is pretty awesome. Just add panko bread crumbs to the mixture to give it an awesome crunch.0 -
