Rotisserie Lemon Chicken Soup

For all the soup lovers out there, this is sooooo good!

2 cups of skinless rotisserie chicken (chopped)
8 cups of low fat chicken broth
1/2 cup of orzo (dry)
3/4 cup of chopped celery
3/4 cup of chopped carrot
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper

In large pot, combine chicken and broth, celery, onion and carrots, salt and pepper to taste, and bring to boil. Stir in orzo, add lemon juice and bay leaves. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 (or more) minutes. It's really good and what's even better is that a one cup serving is only 73 calories!!! But of course you will have to have more than one cup! Enjoy!
