I had my surgery in June of 2011 and have lost 200 pounds. I struggle day to day to keep the weight off. I could use some local support. Maybe we could get together for a bike ride on the beach or just a day out for a walk at the mall. If you live close to LAX, The South Bay beach cities.....lets help each other stay on top of these weight loss issues. Feel free to add me to your friends list!!:smile:
