Wow, that's amazing...very inspirational. I'm close in weight to where you started...I'm 275 so I'd like to know what types of exercise you did, how many time a week and for how long?

The starting picture is of me at 248 (I started at 260) the other picture was me 5 lbs ago at 209. I am mostly just rotating many different dvds and I love fitness blender videos (online for free, youtube and their site)
I do you use light dumbbells occasionally, but not often. I workout 6 days a week. Some days, when I am feeling particulary lazy I only go for 15 minutes, but that is better than nothing, and other days I might do 50-60 minutes. Something that has been working for me is combing weight training (be it body weight or small dumbbells) and cardio. I love the workouts that combine both in one.

To be perfectly honest, I did as little exercise as possible. I didn't get obese by exercising every day. I started by watching what I was putting in my mouth since that was my real problem. Who knew the entire bag of candies was over 500 calories? Heh. The only exercise I did was walking. Three days a week, 3 miles each day. I've just recently, in the past couple of months, started to do some pilates and weight lifting (2 pound weights). It's still pretty much using all my own body weight and I've lost 11 pounds with that. I wish I could say that I try to do it everyday but I still hate exercising so I force myself to do 3 times a week/ 40 minutes minimum with occasional walks.

Thanks, so is yours! =) I love fitness blender videos! I like that they don't talk to you like you're an idiot. The arm exercises really give me a good burn even just with my little 2 pound balls of sand. I don't think I'll be able to go up much in weights since I'm pregnant and wasn't lifting before pregnancy. I have to clear everything with my doctor/midwife.
