I'm really trying but it's getting difficult....

I recently started getting help with my eating disorder.
I've suffered with it for about 7 years along with body dysmorphia but I decided a few months ago that it was time I tried to change my life.
I'm not super skinny (or as even as skinny as I'd like to be) but I'm also not huge and I'm trying to become comfortable with myself.

Anyway.... the reason I came here was this:
I've been set a goal of eating 2 meals and one snack a day as apposed to my one meal every day with at least one snack a day (before that I used to only eat once every other day).
I'm really struggling with this goal as I don't really know what to have without freaking myself out too much, so I was wondering if anyone had any websites or books they could suggest that have tasty low calorie recipes.

I think that you need to talk to a professional about this. I admire you for wanting to change, but it often takes help and guidance from someone who is trained to assist in recovery. Please see a counselor or nutritionist to develop a plan to get your mind and body healthy.

I stated above that I am getting help
But I wasn't given many recipe websites.

    That's what I'm asking for.....
Website and book recommendations that have low calorie but tasty recipes.
