Banana help

I bought a banana at a gas station this morning because I got a cramp in my calf last night. My problem is I did not bring my food scale with me. How do I accurately log the calories from it?

It is as long as the distance from my thumb to my pinky when I stretch my hand out.

    im sure everyone has a different hand size than you but i would safely log it as a huge long banana ;) 110 calories.

    Serious answer: if you're not sure, better to overestimate than underestimate. Go with "large" in the database.

    Listen to the women as far as the calories. The guys will genetically guesstimate the size of the banana to be much much larger than it is (like they do when catching fish, and describing other things) and therefore suggest a higher calorie count.
