Isn't that what brings us all here together? We all enjoy the beginning process of food digestion way too much. Food is just there and dangled in front of us every day in television, billboards, and newspapers. It seems we can't get away from the commercialism of food tempting us.

So we all enjoy our food especially the chewing the food part. Mmm, so good.

I actually put fork down after each bite, chew the bite at least 20xs & take at least 20 min to eat my meal, usually 45-60 min is what I average.

Sometimes, I get so hungry, and the food is so good, I do a sloppy job of masticating it and then I end up swallowing this giant lump of meat or whatever. It hurts all the way down as it stetches my esophagus. I hate when that happens.

It's as bad as the times when I heat a pizza, and I am so hungry that I don't wait for it to cool sufficiently, and the molten cheese scalds the roof of my mouth, and i have sloughing tissue in my mouth all day.
