                    Hi, please add me if you are serious about this program and share your food diary as I would like to be able to get some new ideas for my meals. I seem to get stuck on things and don't eat much of a variety. Age doesn't matter to me... I think we can all help each other :flowerforyou:

            I have been on the site since late April and love it. I think you can see my diary. I just finished a Medical supervised nutritional program and along with MyFitnessPal has helped me tremendously. Go ahead and add me, Im not a wierd person.
