I changed my workout in July to Turbo Fire and did strictly Turbo Fire for the first month. The second month I mixed it up with walking, Turbo Fire and 30 day shred. I lost more inches the first month but I lost more lbs the 2nd month. I've been feeling like I wasn't having that good of results but looking back I can see that I've done great considering I'm within 10 lbs of my goal. I couldn't do it without MFP and you guys!!!! Thanks for everything!!!!

Congratulations! You are doing very well. Once I got to my goal, I changed my calories to stay on the site and maintain the weight for a couple of more months. If I ever get off this site, I will go by weight and measurements, but I will stay here for a while--great way to keep track of fats, fiber, and vitamins.
    Have fun! :drinker: (water)
