    Its been a hard journey, ive lost 31 pounds in 1 year due to ALOT of hard work and dedication. I already started with a slow metabolism and everything that has happened medically in my life, is what ive been FIGHTING against, congratulations on working so hard, it takes alot for us short people. =)

    I'm 5'6", currently around 150ish (fluctuates by 5lbs in either direction on any given day)

    Highest: 176 (non-pregnant; pregnant was 189)
    Lowest: 133 (about 5 years ago)

    I don't really have a goal. My "happy" place is about 140-145, and I usually stay within 10lbs of that if I remain active.

    When I first started working out and watching my calories, I was a few years out of college. I started college at 94lbs, with a dancer's body, great muscle tone... and got up to 113, seriously out of shape, in 6 years.


    I lost 10 lbs just doing the 30 Day Shred and cutting sodas and eating smaller portions. I started hiking, too. My fitness level improved.


    Gained it back slowly over the next 2 years, up to 125-127, my heaviest. I was still working out occasionally, but overeating. Could not fit into my wedding dress! Lost 13 lbs for the wedding, and over the summer maintained pretty well.

    I'm between 113-115 now, and am working out regularly again after a lazy summer. I have started running as well as body weight workouts, and have incorporated some ballet routines into the workouts. I am started to enjoy running for the first time in my life, but I will never be a long-distance runner... I much prefer dance, yoga, and circuit training.

    Eating within my cals to lose it my real challenge! I am soooo short, and have so little to lose that it's slow going.

    I have had so many slips and set backs this year since I vowed to start over. Lots of trips and traveling. Moved across country. The weight is shedding slowly though. Started jogging tonight though. Hopefully this will speed things up.

    I'm a 26 year old, 5'2" female.

    Heaviest: 172 (about 4 months ago now)
    LW: 110 (back in my party days lived off hard liquor and . . . um . . . other things that may cause weight loss)
    CW: 150 (getting there!)
    GW: 127 (more of a range between 125 and 130 even though it's on the heavier side of my height's normal weight. I liked that range when I was there back in the day. Curves, but no jiggle)

    I had a body analysis done since I lift weights + do cardio so the whole weight - BMI thing is not accurate for me. My LBM (lean body mass) is 136 lbs -- my body has changed a LOT considering I weighed 136 when I was in my 20's & 30's - but that was at like a 18% body fat too.
