    Second, why do you want to lose weight?
  • Just for my self confidence and to feel better and more active. And also look good and all that good stuff. It's just so hard because I'm home alone all day and all there is to do is eat and take care of my newborn daughter

    I think most people here are willing to support others but girl no one can give you motivation. YOU HAVE TO DO IT. HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO TO MAKE IT HAPPEN?
  • I'm ready and I'm motivated its just the willpower issue. It's so hard I've tried and tried and I always give up:( I don't wanna be that woman any more

    Completely agree ^^ I'm happy to support but ultimately its up to you. I don't listen to excuses, even if they're 'justified'. I work 50+hrs a week and have a young daughter however i eat well and train at least 4 times a week. How to I fit it in? I MAKE it fit, I get up at 4.30am. I am making my lunch and snacks at 8pm to ensure I eat healthy food at work. I am at the gym at 6am Saturday and Sunday. When we are out I make educated choices about my meals. You can do it, if you want it!
