, wasn't hard , this has only taken me 155 days (5 months) just seeing the weight come off every week was enough motivation, and being able to look in the mirror and feel happy again Drinking plenty of water a day helps too, I didn't exercise at all just working seems to be enough for me . 0 -

1200 calories a day but occasionally I would have 100 a day left over and even had my alcohol at the weekend. I am 5ft 5 in height .0
