did you enter them on the message board or on the recipe thing on your page? MFP isn't currently putting our own recipes in public view. I just copied and pasted mine onto the "recipe" message board along with the nutritional info. Hopefully our recipes will be made public soon

    Susan 57 navy bean soup
    serve 8
    Add Ingredient
    Total: 1982 331 16 136 2766 4
    Per Serving: 248 41 2 17 346 1
    2 cups dry navy beans
    1 large potato diced small
    1/2 cup celery diced small
    1/2 cup onion diced small
1 slice ham with bone in and cut off extra fat and dice throw bone in pot.
    goya ham concentrate
thyme, parsley flake, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
NOTE: not sure of servings size and how many, so this is approx.
heat 4 cups water to boil, when boiling add beans and cook 10 mins. cover and then turn off heat and let sit for 1 hour. can soak overnite instead. drain beans and rinse. add to crockpot with 6 to 8 cups of water, add as needed cook on high. dice and add ham let cook 4 hours with beans. then add diced celery, onion, carrot, and potato. if you need more ham flavor add ham concentrate, but if you cook it a long time you will get more flavor with less ham, so i sometime cook ham before adding beans. season pot with thyme, parsley flakes, bay leaf. cook 3 or 4 more hours. salt and pepper to taste.
i like to add fresh ground pepper to mine. yummmo!
fresh bread or rolls go nice!

NOTE: not sure of servings size and how many.
