This is my first time on myfitnesspal, and I think this website is rather cool! But definitely not my first time dieting, I have been on all sorts of things.
I am currently using herbalife - so far so good
My start weight on here is 117kg (258lb), and I am 161cm tall. My goal weight is 61kg (134lb).

Hi, This is my 2nd time around also. I used to belong to Weight Watchers, lost 25 pounds there, then quit and started here. Didn't use the site very much and gained 8 lbs back. I am now back and going to use the site every day. Tracking is the key, that way you can see just how much you put in your mouth. Feel free to add me as your friend. I would welcome the support from any of you.
