So much energy I'm bouncing off the walls!

Which is difficult when I have to sit down for long periods of time because I have this extreme urge to suddenly run around and be hyper. I haven't been like this since I played sports in college and high school. Any of you been feeling like this after loosing weight? I don't know how to contain myself from running around like a kid when I have to class and work to do and the gym doesn't seem to be enough.

  • I have days like that, too. Enjoy it, and take advantage of them (even if it means just going for a walk on break), because it will make up for all the days when you feel too sluggish to leave the chair

    Ummm... where do I sign up for this? Today I want to sleep and eat everything that sits still long enough... in fact, I'm trying to figure out if I can sleep at work and eat at the same time... so far, unsuccessful

    lol I know what you mean, I feel the same way. One time I washed my car 3 times in the same week just cuz I had to do SOMETHING!

    Haha I'm at that point! Does it come or go or does it become a regular thing? Wouldn't hurt, because I need tons of housework done anyways.
