One day my food diary says my Sugar goal is 35. The next is says 24. How can that be. Should not my goal be the same day to day? Thank you for any and all help.

It changes, when you add exercises. The more you exercise, the more sugar you are allowed (and anything else as well), because you are allowed to eat your exercise cals and they have to come from something.0
