Back Cracking...

I've noticed that my back cracks a lot more now that I'm doing barbell squats and deadlifts... normal?

I crack my back 3-2 times a day. As long as you are not in pain it is just normal joint adjustments.0

I cracked my back once. Was immobile for many weeks. For over two years, i couldn't carry a back pack, even. Now, I have to be extra careful with how much pressure/weight, my spine can take.0
