Here we go...

Struggled with weight my whole life. My tipping point came when I saw the scale hit 270...and I cried...I decided that was it. I'm down to 250 now...but still fighting my journey of weight loss. My doctor recommended myfitnesspal app to me, so I downloaded it, and giving it a try...I hope that I will stay focused on my goals and the inspiration to get where I want to be. I have already seen some wonderful stories on here from people. I hope that one day I can share an inspiring story! :smile: *Optimistic*
