Working hard at it!!

Hi,

I started using myfitness pal last year and dropped some weight, then kinda forgot about it. Now I've decided to really get in shape and started Insanity so together with myfitnesspal I can really keep an eye on what I'm eating etc.

Just completed week 1 of Insanity and can totally feel the difference, after days 1,2 and 3 I was so sore and aching, but that seems to have eased off now. Just did the last work out for this week and am shattered but feel very positive about it. Not sure if anyone else is doing this and wants to chat, buddy up? If you are out there get in touch.
