traditional black beans and rice

I went to lunch today and had the most scrumptious (and healthiest) black beans and rice i'd had in awhile. Any one have any suggestions for a recipe just as scrumptious?

    I found some recipes for black beans and rice on About.com: Home Cooking. I love wild rice and black beans together, but I think you could use brown rice as well.

    What I do is get generic rice- a- roni spray my pan with olive oil cooking spray......brown the rice add water and seasonings. I open a can of the black beans and wash them well....afterward I add them to the rice as it simmers....talk about GOOD:)
