Hi everyone, I'm starting the losing weight journey again. This time after having a baby, so I've got extra distance to go. I could use some motivating friends. I've got about 60lbs to lose. Feel free to add me

I've lost 53 lbs. in the last year thanks to MyFitnessPal and cutting down on fat grams. You can do it too. My wife is making low fat tasty food and I'm not starving at all. I didn't need to exercise any more than I normally do either. So try budget yourself to say 40-43 grams of fat per day and track your meals with MyFitnessPal and you will get to your goal without killing yourself or denying yourself either. Practice some food and ingredient substitutions and find some new recipes. My wife makes a killer Meatball and Kale soup. And it's low in fat! I know you can do it. Cut out the fast food and the fat foods too and use MyFitnessPal to plan what you eat. And get to it. Use discipline not denial and torture to rid yourself of extra unneeded pounds. You'll get more energy as a result. You'll need it to chase toddlers.0
