question about toning?

OK so I haven't been really active on here in a while. In Feb I went from 145 now I'm about 118
I was just wondering if I walk 2 hours a day with a little jogging added in and do about 5 different stomach/butt exercises everyday, eat a low calorie diet, will there be a high chance my stomach will be flat by the first of November? My stomach isn't Huge and it doesn't have that frowny thing on the belly button but just like a straight line....anyways Yeah in October I want to wear a sexy costume for Halloween and in the middle of November I'm complying misty at a con. So what do you think? Btw. I'm 5 feet 1/2" and 19 years old.

First you can't spot reduce. Do all the crunches you want but you can't control where fat comes off. Second, what's your calorie intake? A 19 yo female that's already at a healthy weight shouldn't be on a low calorie diet.
Edit to add: Previous posts you posted and the responses are no different with regards to low calories.0 -
Concentrate on your diet more than your exercise. Diet helps you lose weight more.
Go for 1200-1500 cals a day and you should lose a steady two pounds a week or thereabouts.0 -
My body has already been screwed up from ednos so I gain weight on anything above 1000, plus my antidepressant supresses my appetite, I'm not at a healthy weight for my height. I know I can't spot reduce basically what I'm saying if I eat fruits and nuts and stuff and continue this workout regiment will my stomach be more toned?0

Congratulations on your awesome weight loss! People get snotty around here about the word toning, but I get what you're saying. Generally not, running & walking don't usually work the abs. I mean they do, but not in a way you want unless you really, really move your hips.
I think if you want to tighten up quickly, you need to hit the weights. You can just get some dumbbells @ walmart on the cheap (that's how I started out).
Good luck0 -

118 lb IS a healthy weight. I agree lifting will benefit you best and there's no magic foods to bring out a tight stomach. That comes with a MODERATE deficit resulting in reduction of body fat and exercise. If you're recovering from a ED it's probably best to see a physician and follow their medical advice to get your metabolism back up to a healthy 19 yo.0
