5'9" started last June at 255 reached goal in march at 165 I'm currently 161lbs :-) u all look amazing and should be sooo proud of your progress! I love seein before n afters it just encourages me to keep going! I still have a lot of toning up to do0 -

you guys are amazing. I am 5'6. I started at 248lbs. I am now 182. But hearing you all say " I started at 210, I started at 200-something" and you are all in the 175-147 ish range IS SO VERY ENCOURAGING!!!!!!!!!

you will look better smaller...
215 isn't naturally curvy its obese. Sorry to be blunt but thats the truth of it. Now with that in mind use it as motivation to fuel your success. good luck!0 -
ALL OF YOU are SOOOO inspiring! I wish I had better before pictures (I'm sure I do but a few years ago I moved cross country and lost weight after the fact - needless to say, a lot of boxes with "those ungodly pictures" of me are collecting dust in the attic! LOL I did stumble across one though, of my face/upper body from when I first moved out here and compared it to a picture I took last week - here's my progress. It's weightloss that I have managed to maintain and recently (July 31st) I have started consistently counting calories and exercising without skipping a day of logging/monitoring on MFP -
My goal is 160lbs I'm 5'9" and currently down to 181.2 from somewhere between 210-220.

I'm 5'8" and I started out at 333 and am currently 292, so I have a LONG way to go. But I know I can do it and I will do it. Love seeing all the inspirational photos!0 -
I'm 5 foot 7 and I started almost a year ago at 225 lbs. I'm currently at 185 lbs and I hope to lose 30 more lbs to get to my goal of 155 lbs.
