Some advive with my macros please

I've preplanned and logged my food for tomorrow (Saturday) and my macros are way off. If some of you could take a look at my diary and give me some advice I'd be obliged .

    I agree, your macros look fine. You don't have to hit them exact? MFP tends to default to pretty low goals for protein anyways.

    Thanks, I'm okay with what I eat but my overall monthly macros seem to always be around 40% carbs 25% protein 35% fat. I can't seem to shift them and my weight loss is stalling.

    I always find if I start every meal and snack with regards to my protein goal, everything else tends to fall into place. So if you want to reduce fat and carbs, just focus on actually increasing protein first. I know that maybe sounds too simplistic, but aiming for what TO do vs. what NOT to do, is actually pretty helpful IMHO.
  • Up your protein and lower your fat a bit. I think you'll find the weight will come off again.

    Everything looks fine, except vodka definitely has some carbs in it, so you might want to check into the amount on that (though I'm sure you'll still be under). :)
