What to do after overeating? **Trip in Moscow**

So today I had half a toast with cheese and ham for breakfast and 2 pears throughout the day.. I haven't eaten anything really so I obviously was starving!!
So I stuffed my face at dinner with like 10 slices of ham, 1 potato, 1 tomato and one large pita bread.. Not only do I feel bloated but I also feel so guilty!! I don't usually eat this much especially in one go :\

My question is: How should I eat after pigging out? What should I do? Should I feel this guilty?

NOTE**: I am on holiday in Moscow so I can't go to the gym or eat how I usually would.. How do I enjoy my stay here and not feel guilty after eating every tasty thing? :(

    Go for a long walk. See the city. Jog in the morning.

    Don't worry about 1 day of indulgence. It won't show up.

    Keep eating what you want. After all, you're on vacation. It will only set you back a week or two when you get home anyway.

    ummm that really does not even sound like that much food...maybe 1000 calories for the day? that is not stuffing yourself...or am I missing something...?

    Been to Moscow enough to know there are gyms there so go exercise
