:laugh: i have been coming backwards and forwards to MFP and have lost some weigh but its been very slow, so i have decided to start the 8 hour diet. Well i have now lost 5lbs in 1 week. I'm now going to incorporate my fitness pal diet into it. I want to keep track of my intake so that on days I'm not doing the 8 HD I'm still eating sensibly. I will do this with 1700 calls per day as i know i have consumed way more than that. plus unlimited fresh fruit and vegetables. On a roll now and I will shed this excess weight!
