Do you prefer lights on, off, or dimmed?

I guess it depends. If I want to read or cook in my house I usually turn the lights on when it's dark outside. When I want to sleep, I turn them off. I like them dimmed when I'm watching a movie, not completely off.

Definitely lights on or dimmed. Put some music on as well.
It is hard to work out in the dark.0 -
I like to workout during the day so I don't the lights, but for early morning workouts I like them dimmed or else I get a headache.0

I prefer the lights dimmed and the window shades slightly open so I can see what's going on inside the room.0

yes lights turned all the way up, way up when I lift....
off when I sleep

as long as its goin down...that's all that matters. but if its lights off, a thorough inspection is required beforehand :laugh:0
