    I guess it depends. If I want to read or cook in my house I usually turn the lights on when it's dark outside. When I want to sleep, I turn them off. I like them dimmed when I'm watching a movie, not completely off.

    Is that what you wanted to know?

    Definitely lights on or dimmed. Put some music on as well.

    It is hard to work out in the dark.

    I like to workout during the day so I don't the lights, but for early morning workouts I like them dimmed or else I get a headache.
