When I first became vegetarian, it was easy to gain weight because I was more motivated to eat the carbs. Pasta, pasta, pasta!

I love to cook, but sometimes eating your gourmet meals make you feel a little guilty and bloated :) This is an awesome site for those (vegetarian or not) without a ton of time and need healthy meals and snacks.

Including:
Vegetarian Nachos
three-bean salad
tomato soup
apples and onions
peanut butter and banana

    Thanks so much! My husband and son are vegetarians so I am always looking for meals and snacks. I have a collection of go-to recipes but I wold love to mix it up a little. Thanks again!

  • Thanks so much. I also noticed a spike in my weight when I went vegetarian (2 years ago). It got so bad that I eventually went to see a dietican because all I ate was potato chips...lol. She was very helpful and gave some of the best advice I've ever recieved. She told me to eat each color of the raindow daily. That changed my eating habits all together.
