Progress Pictures Post Baby C-section 2013

Hey! Praise the Lord! I am so grateful to God for getting me this far, because the Lord knows I love food! I gave birth to my baby girl in December 2011. I wasn't slim before being pregnant, but gained a lot more weight while pregnant....thanks to chocolate and hp sauce and butter sandwiches...serious baby cravings. Anyhoo.....After birth (oh by the way was living in Thailand, now China) I was at my heighest weight 78kg, and I wasn't losing any weight because even though I thought I was eating less, I actually wasn't. So 8 months later we got an esl job in china, after moving here and seeing pictures of myself, and also being surrounded by stir fried vegetables I decided to really grind down on my eating and logging in my fitness pal kind of, but mostly just guessing.

In December I finally reached the 70kg mark, I was so happy, the last 9 months I have lost weight slowly, because again I was kidding myself that I was eating less, which I was, but I could have lost the weight a lot faster. After going to visit the inlaws in july, I came back and was 66kg, 2kg more than when i left, i was devastated. So now I am logging most of the time, weighing my food, running on my new Chinese cheap treadmill and going to start for the 3rd time some strength training at home, not sure how yet because I am so busy with my baby and work, I just want a simple routine that dosen't require machines to get the job done. Anyway, 1 month of dedicated work, and weighing myself every morning, I am the lowest weight I have ever been since turning into an adult, 62kg, but of course, I am desperately wanting to lose more, so here is my progress, and I also had a c section, so I also have some skin that I want to tone up on my lower abdomen. I always was told and though that I was big boned or just naturally wide, but actually I think I am probably going to be small framed like my mum. God is great!

Before Pregnancy: 66kg - 74kg up and down
After birth : 78kg
Current weight: 62kg
Goal weight: 52 - 55kg
