I've been an on again/off again user of MFP for a couple of years. Haven't been good about tracking food, even though MFP makes it brainless!
Have gained a lot of weight over the past several months and also have diabetes and high blood pressure. Time to buckle down and lighten up!!
My husband is in it with me even though he isn't very overweight! He is very supportive and wants me to regain my health.
Good luck to everyone! One day (or minute, or hour) at a time!!

I have been off and on for a long time and few months I finally got serious about all this.
