Is there a way to see a daily analysis of what I have eaten?

I have the same question. I was using the Calorie Count site and they did an "analysis" of your daily intake so you could see what you had too much or not enough of (e.g. salt too high, not enough vitamin C etc.) I found that very helpful. If this site does not have that feature I may go back.0

yes, when you are looking at your food diary, click on the button at the bottom that says "View printable report" or something like that and it will put everything in a spreadsheet like form. you can then compare your macros and micros day to day.0
