Im new, been doing this about a week... didnt really get into the app...but started reading some of these post & its got me interested & ready to really get into this! I am 28 a mom of 2 work a full time job & love to be on the go!
Just looking for some friends for encouragement & to get this done! im tired of being heavy & really want to
loose this extra weight for my husband & kids!
would love any extra tips anyone has for me!

Welcome! You're off to a good start by coming on board! I found that logging is SO important in your journey and beyond! Be honest so you can see what works for you and what doesn't. Fitness is a must as well...it may be a little harder with small children but please find some time, even if you have to include them! We're here for support in your new walk in life! Prayers!0
