Hi, just starting out here. Not new to dieting, but definitely am to this! Hoping to lose 17lb before end of year. I used to find this easy to do, but have really struggled to lose this last stone and a bit! Encouragement needed! Thanks!

    Welcome. I been on here for a few weeks now and I am loving it. There is so much support and the tools on here are great too. I love the fact that its free too and if you have a phone that gets internet then its mobile too. You can add me if you want or just look at my food diary. I am in week 5 and lost 13 lbs so far.

    Hey ... Week ago I started trying my best to stay on goal n exercise regular I really don't know I gonna lose 5 pounds after 5weeks but wow u lose 13 pounds really that's great job .....
