Hey!
Iv been regular here since April time. Im 23yrs old 5ft7/8 and wanting to get down to 125lbs fit, healthy and toned! Log in everyday and log my food. Im doing a mixture of running (started C25K & completed), kettlebells, bodycombat & will start insanity when my laptop gets fixed! Im losing the weight mega slow & would love some motivating new friends, i seem to be talking to myself!

You Can do it... feel free to add me. I noticed you do some Body combat, I suggest do some Skipping rope and Boxing as well, this will be high intensity cardio and sometimes assess where your fitness levels really are at0

Hi,
Im 26 yo female and quite new to this. I do weight-lifting, mountain biking and hillwalking. I have done a full round kf insanity in the past but couldn't do another round as it damaged my knees (something to watch for when you're doing it).
