Help with food dairy

I am looking everywhere for help on this but I am trying to delete some food items that I do not want on my dairy I remember last year you used to be able to but now, I cannot find the delete option? Anyone? Thanks

    There should be a red circle to the right-hand side of the food.

    If you mean ones you do not want On you lists. like Recent, my foods. The only one you can delete from is Frequent. I have been asking MFP to let us delete on all of our lists. Just set them up like Frequent . I pray for that Day!! I have so many duplicate foods and ones I have and will only eat once. Sometimes it can take me 5 min to find the food item I want.:sad: Then they change the columns sometimes which makes it even harder to find.. ( My soapbox for the day) sorry.:noway:
