Need to drop a workout a week

My hours have changed at work and I now need to figure out how to fit my workouts in, I am 5 ft 5 and 80 kilos. I currently work out for 30 minutes a day 5 times a week doing Shred and Ripped by Jillian Michaels, and have started on 6 week 6 pack, but with new hours I have to drop a day so I was wondering would 45 minutes a day over 4 days be just as beneficial as doing 5 x 30 minutes a day? I also walk everywhere and walk my dogs for at least an hour everyday as well as run around after my kids and I work in a supermarket so I am unloading cages of dairy all day as well as working on the deli so I am on my feet all day as well.
Thanks for your help in advance

You don't need to work out 5 days a week for most people unless you are actively training 2-3 is usually adequate- 4 is okay too. But 2-3 will be totally fine as long as you are watching what you eat.0

You might find it more beneficial.
Because you'll be working out for a longer period, even though it's just 15 min longer, your body isn't used to it and you'll be building endurance.
Good luck!0 -
