1/4 Cup =4 tablespoon At 15 calories a tablespoon. You could always use honey , its 60 calories a Tablespooni don't understand why you'd use all that sugar for a pound of chicken, sounds funny.

Made this today in the crockpot, and oh my, it was yummy! The only thing I did differently was to add some slices of onion. I cooked it on high for 5 hours and served with brown rice and asparagus. Super good!!!!!0
