I'm updating my playlist for workout music. Looking for upbeat music to keep me going on the treadmill! Please give me a couple of your favorite songs to give me more ideas or options. Thank you!

    Blink- 182 ...Dammit
    What's My Age
    All the Small Things
    Candelbox...Don't You
Foo Fighters....The Pretenders ( starts slow but picks up really fast)

For a treadmill ...the right beats per minute (BPM) may help keep you going

To find your pace go to http://jog.fm/ ..... this lets you put in your jogging or walking speed ... then it lists songs for that pace. You can sort by genre.

My 4 MPH walking pace is 140'ish BPMs

Lady Antebellum Just a Kiss 143
Earth, Wind & Fire Got to Get You Into My Life 141
KISS Rock and Roll All Night 142
    P!nk U + Ur Hand 141
John Mellencamp Paper In Fire 142
The Kinks You Really Got Me 142
    Robert Palmer Simply Irresistible 143
Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds So Damn Lucky 142
Gloriana The World Is Ours Tonight 144
