Hi everyone,
I just am bouncing back from a terrible round of the stomach flu. For those of you who have been logging for a long time, how long does it take for your weight to get back to normal after a bought of sickness? I will say that in the midst of that stomach flu, I hit my 50 pounds lost, but I know I didn't "really" hit it because I was dehydrated. I just want to get back to losing and achieving! :) And I want to claim that 50 pounds for real!!!!

    About 2-3 days of eating and drinking normally should see your weight stabilize.

    Thank you! I am eager to earn that 50 pounds lost....It's so hard not to be irritated when I was so close to a big goal and to have illness get in the way. :)
