How many calories should I eat

Like the previous poster mentioned, you'll get a lot of people that swear by high calorie or low calorie diets. I say do what works for you, play around with it until you find something that works but make sure you give it at least 1-2 months before you "give up" and don't focus only on what the scale says. Take before and after pictures, measurements, and have your bodyfat % tested.

Short answer? Enough for you. Not gonna matter what anyone else says. You'll get plenty of "I eat 3500 and lose!" and "I swear by 1200!" answers.
