Does anyone know if the low row machine is the same as a seated row machine? You are indeed seated on the low row machine :) - .... I couldn't find a machine labeled seated row at my gym but found a low row machine.

    Does it show you what muscles it works on? that is what I look at when comparing machines.

    If it's working the same muscle groups it is indeed the same or an equivalent.

    I've seen it called low row, seated row, or just cable row.
