I know this is on a Wednesday, and I guess we are supposed to check in every week. Sorry! I'll try to remember to post here on Mondays. After the first week and a half in September,, I'm down four pounds, at 284. Started MFP in the beginning of August once I saw the scale hit 300. So, all together my total loss for Phase 1 is 16lbs. How's everyone else doing?
Phase 1 (8/1/13-10/31/13): 40 lbs (300--->260) ---Current weight---284
Phase 2 (11/1/13-1/31/14): 30 lbs (260--->230)
Phase 3 (2/1/14-4/30/14): 30 lbs (230--->200)
Phase 4 (5/1/14-8/1/14): 30 lbs (200--->170)0 -
Ok, I haven't checked in for a few weeks due to stressful work situation but I'm here and ready to go this week.

Checking in for week 2 weigh in. Didn't loose any weight this week, stayed the same. That's okay because I had a big weigh loss in week 1. I hope everyone is doing great this week.
