Hi everyone

My name is Clare and im 27 from Glasgow, Scotland. Although Im not new to this site, I have a new outlook on my weight loss journey. I have always tried to lose weight because people told me I was too big etc. However I have decided to lose weight for myself and no one else.

Looking for support and new friends on this journey.

Dont want to quit and feel happier now that I am doing this for myself.

Hope to make some new friends :)

    When I started wanting to lose weight for myself, not for anyone else, that is when the ball really got rolling for me. Hope you experience the same motivation and success!
