I've started on 22nd May 2013 - with pics

Hello everyone,
my story is very simple.

I was obese for over 10 years reaching 115kg (obese level 2) on May 2013.
So, I've decided to change my life and to take the journey to be in shape!

I'm doing everyday a workout (about 90 minutes).
Every morning I'll wake up at 6.30 and I have a walk for 10KM or I do cycling for 40KM.

On 2013-09-17 my weight is 97.3KG, I'm overweight and I've lost 17,7 kg.

I'll post my pics and update this thread because I want to show you my progresses.
Take a look at my diary and tell me what you think of my 'trip'.
