Today I was at the supermarket and gave these a try:
they are crackers with puffed rice on top. I was amazed, they are delicious!! I have to say that I've started this diet I'm finding out that in the world there are many things that not only are low cal, but super tasty as well! I used to think that everything that tastes good must have tons of fat in it....thank God I was wrong!

at my farmer's market I scored a yellow watermelon
it looks the same from the outside, but inside its YELLOW. like, highlighter yellow. and it was the most delicious thing I ever ate in my life.
if you ever see one for sale, do not hesitate to buy it!0 -
I have discovered Elerts roasted peanut puffs - they are delicious & don't raise my sugars but I feel like I'm having chips ( just wish they did cheese & onion flavour , then they'd be perfect )0

I switched to using almond milk in my protein shake. It really is better for you, and makes the shake taste better.0

Plain greek yogurt with 1/2 tbsp of 100% maple syrup and cinnamon! So good, I also love natural unsalted almonds.0

Ack. It's in the UK I'm sure?0 -
It's a UK based company, but they sell em here in Ireland as well0

I love Carbquik for using as breading for chicken (made "fried pickles" yesterday with it----YUM). It's basically a lower carb substitute for flour in recipes. Tons of fiber. There's a recipe for cheesey rolls on the box that I have yet to try... That's my next conquest. I thought it'd taste like cardboard on all of my foods, but I've liked everything I've tried it with this far.0

Halo Top Creamery Vanilla ice cream!
An ENTIRE PINT is only 280 calories and has 28g of protein. It's delicious. I go through about 2 of these a week.0 -
Arctic Zero ice cream! I like their chocolate flavors best. A whole PINT for 150 calories?! Sign. Me. Up.0
-
Vans powergrain waffles + 1 tbsp of peanut butter!
They're in the frozen breakfast isle. Slightly cinnamon-y and good source of protein and fiber!!0 -
I have been snacking on the 94% fat free Act 2 microwave popcorn but I add a couple splashes of tabasco sauce to it to make it tastier!:devil:0

Its a cheesecake flavoured yoghurt with pieces of cheescake in it,
In the UK it is in the Yoghurt section usually in the same aisle as milk and butter0 -
Bacon. Seriously. There are only about 35-40 a slice. Just have some.0

I love using almond milk in my protein shakes too. I'm also a big fan of Blue Diamond roasted almonds, especially the blueberry, strawberry, and dark cocoa flavors. They're dry roasted and still only 160 calories for about 24 almonds. Lately I've been eating Lean Cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza, but I add some grilled chicken and a little extra cheese to it as well. It's not super low cal (520 calories), but it's got 45g of protein, tastes delicious, and keeps me full. Plus, it's pizza0 -

genius... my smoothie and protein shakes will never be the same.0 -

I also use almond milk (vanilla) in my cereal, it's lower in calories, more protein and tastier than cow's milk. Only 80-90 calories per 8 oz, depending on the brand. For some reason I don't like it in my coffee. I tried unsweetened (only 30 cals per 8 oz) but it was too plain for me.
And I don't know about healthy, but I found a low calorie frozen treat, which is 40-calorie Fudgsicle brand Fudge Pops (no sugar added)! Yum! Fewer calories than both Weight Watchers and Skinny Cow products!
