I wanted to post an updated photo in my same shirt. The first photo was taken June 1st 2013. My height is 5'6 and my weight was 262. The second photo was taken August 9th and I weighed 227. The third photo was taken today and my current weight is 213.

    Just counting calories and working out daily :) I also just started drinking green tea which seems to be helping with cravings.
