Anybody using www.nutritiondata.self.com to gather information on the foods you eat. It appears to be accurate but wondered what others have found.

It is the USDA that regulates all the info in the United States0 -
You can also check out the USDA website. It's a search-able database that provides the standard nutrition data based on the serving size you select. This is the database that the food industry uses. Good luck and keep up the good work!
