I just read this, and I teared up a little seeing the after picture. Just floored at the difference. Goes to show any-one if they put their mind to it can lose weight. I was never over 300 lbs, so my 59 pounds lost so far feels like nothing in comparison. This is just an amazing story! I had to share it.

    That's really impressive. I wouldn't have thought they were the same people.

    That being said, I couldn't help but notice that it took about three comments on that story for someone to tell them they'd have done better if they'd gone vegan.
