So today, after almost four weeks of logging my food, eating a moderately clean diet and drinking plenty of water I was told that I look like I have lost some weight. I can't weight myself at the moment, so I have no idea what is my precise current progress, but yay, it's awesome to think some effects are finally showing.
What is more, earlier today I put on my pants and used the third hole on my belt instead of the first or the second, like I used to. Which is, you know, awesome.
Not to mention my skin got cleaner and I have plenty of energy.

I'm so happy right now.

What were your recent non-scale victories?
